About The Position
BAYADA is seeking passionate individuals for their Nurse Residency Program. This program is designed to help new nurses flourish by learning new skills, growing with challenges, succeeding in assignments, and advancing their nursing careers. The program offers one-on-one patient care, flexible scheduling, paid time off, weekly pay, electronic charting, in-depth paid training from day one, and access to award-winning simulation labs. Nurses will work close to home with short commute times and receive around-the-clock clinical support. BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program is the only paid, new graduate residency program in home care accredited by the ANCC. As a non-profit, BAYADA focuses on quality care, with Clinical Managers providing thorough support to new nurses. They care for patients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, allowing nurses to explore their interests.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
- CPR in good standing.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Utilize electronic charting via Cubhub.
- Participate in in-depth paid training.
- Work with patients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
