About The Position
Saratoga Medical has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse- Reproductive Health Clinic. This is a great full-time opportunity, 40 hours work week schedule, Monday to Friday, excluding Federal holidays. The role involves administering immunizations, performing patient assessments, conducting reproductive health testing, providing patient support and counselling, assisting healthcare providers, and maintaining electronic health records. The nurse will also support clinic operations and ensure compliance with healthcare policies.
Requirements
- Current Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Hepatitis B and MMR immunization records.
- TB test completed within the last 12 months.
- Arizona DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Ability to pass a 7-year criminal background check.
Responsibilities
- Administer immunizations, including influenza and COVID-19 vaccines in accordance with ACIP guidelines.
- Perform patient assessments, obtain vital signs, and provide health education and counselling.
- Conduct reproductive health testing, including pregnancy, HIV, syphilis, Chlamydia, and Gonorrhea testing.
- Provide patient support, community resources, and reproductive life plan counselling in a non-biased manner.
- Assist healthcare providers with clinical procedures and patient care activities.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation.
- Support clinic operations while ensuring compliance with healthcare policies and procedures.
