About The Position
The Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care. The Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse is responsible for promoting the Mission, Vision and Values of the Sunrise Health Region through provisions of safe quality nursing care to clients. He/She is responsible to the Manager of the designated area. Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate (BCLS)
- Communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Organizational skills
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Demonstrates empathy, trust and respect in the provision of care
- Ability to prioritize work
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office programs (Word/Excel/Outlook)
- Decision making through the application of knowledge and critical thinking
- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
- Registered/eligible with College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of SK - CRPNS
Nice To Haves
- Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable

- Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
