About The Position

This position provides comprehensive post-operative nursing care to patients across all age groups in a surgical environment. Responsible for monitoring patient recovery, maintaining physiological stability, collaborating with surgical teams, and ensuring safe, effective care delivery. Supports PACU operations through equipment management, quality improvement initiatives, and cross-training in key areas including the operating room, infection control, moderate sedation, and environment of care.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse license
• Experience in post-operative nursing care
• Ability to monitor patient recovery and maintain physiological stability
• Collaboration skills with surgical teams
• Knowledge of safe and effective care delivery
• Experience with equipment management
• Familiarity with quality improvement initiatives
• Willingness to cross-train in operating room, infection control, moderate sedation, and environment of care.
