About The Position
Baptist Health is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Rapid Response team at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville (Downtown). This opening is a PRN Nights 7:00 PM-7:00 AM. This role is a critical member of the clinical team responsible for monitoring patients for early signs of deterioration, responding promptly to rapid response calls, and educating nursing staff on recognizing and managing patient decline. Requirements
- 3-5 Years Critical Care Experience Required
- 1-2 years Acute Care Nursing Experience Required
- Nursing Education Experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Required
- Licensed Registered Nurse Required
- NIHHS certification (upon hire/transfer)
- Level 1 CPI training (within 90 days of hire/transfer)
Nice To Haves
- Certified Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) Preferred
Responsibilities
