Our Radiology department consists of a 1:1 nurse/patient ratio as we care and treat for the adult patient population. Our team works closely with imaging teams to assist in good patient care. Our team assists with ultrasound procedures, monitoring patients with pacemakers in MRI, give medications and monitor patients in CT for cardiac studies, responding to contrast reactions, and working with technologists to prep patients for exams.

Requirements

  • Requires 1 year RN experience.
  • Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
  • Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
  • Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
  • Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.

  • Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
