Join Indiana University Health’s Pulmonology and Infectious Disease Clinic in Bloomington, where you will provide professional nursing care through patient assessment, triage, education, treatment administration, care coordination, and ongoing monitoring of respiratory and infectious disease conditions. This 0.6 FTE ambulatory role offers a predictable daytime schedule (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), three days per week with no weekends, holidays, or travel requirements. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of 4 Pulmonologists, 3 Advanced Practice Providers, and 3 Infectious Disease providers to deliver high quality, patient-centered care. Ideal candidates have prior RN experience and are passionate about building long-term patient relationships while supporting chronic disease management and positive health outcomes.

Requirements

Minimum of one year of RN experience.
An Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
An active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of relevant clinical experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.
Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
