Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Nursing required.
  • Valid NJ RN License required.
  • BLS from AHA required.
  • At least 2 years relevant work experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the delivery of care.
  • Assuming the responsibility and accountability for the delegation of patient care to other members of the health care team.
  • Coordinating patient care and communicating and collaborating extensively with the other members of the healthcare team, patients and/or patient's family or significant other(s).
  • Maintaining and demonstrating high standards of professional ethics.
