About The Position
cTrace Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse (Psych) for a correctional facility in Orient, Ohio. This role involves following designated care plans, administering medications, providing wound care, performing treatments and procedures, and monitoring client conditions, reporting any changes to the Nurse Manager. The position requires flexibility with scheduling as needs may change.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
- OH RN License
- CPR/BLS
- 1 year + Mental Health/Psych nursing experience is a must!!
Responsibilities
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patients needs
- Perform assigned duties. Including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor clients’ conditions; reporting changes to Nurse Manager
