About The Position
Registered Nurse (Psych) – Correctional facility. cTrace Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse in Orient, Ohio. This role offers competitive pay, weekly compensation, and a Sign-on bonus. The contract length is 3 months. The schedule is Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 6 PM to 7:20 AM, but flexibility with schedule/days/hours is required as it could change depending on the needs of the facility.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
- OH RN License
- CPR/BLS
- 1 year + Mental Health/Psych nursing experience is a must!!
Responsibilities
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patients needs
- Perform assigned duties. Including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor clients’ conditions; reporting changes to Nurse Manager
