About The Position
Seeking a Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of experience in Progressive Care (PCU). This role requires an active NC or Compact RN license, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS certifications. Candidates must have completed at least one previous travel contract and will not be considered if they are new travelers. Proficiency in Telemetry, TR Bands, Blood Products, and managing Heparin/Cardiac drips is essential. Experience with EPIC charting is required.
Requirements
- Active NC or Compact RN license
- AHA BLS certification

- NIHSS certification
- 2+ years of PCU experience
- Must have completed at least 1 travel contract
- Experience with Telemetry
- Experience with TR Bands
- Experience with Blood Products
- Experience with Heparin/Cardiac drips
- EPIC charting experience
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
- Monitor patient vital signs and cardiac rhythms using telemetry.
- Administer medications, including Heparin/Cardiac drips.
- Manage TR Bands and administer blood products.
- Document patient care and progress using the EPIC charting system.
