About The Position

This role involves delivering compassionate, high-quality nursing care by following established clinical standards and organizational protocols to maximize patient safety and comfort. The nurse will manage individualized patient care plans by continually monitoring health progress and adapting interventions to ensure optimal recovery and treatment outcomes. This position also involves coordinating multidisciplinary healthcare teams as the central point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and highly integrated care for every patient. The nurse will execute medical orders with precision, accurately noting and carrying out physician and nursing directives to maintain a safe, continuous healing environment. Additionally, the role champions smooth patient transitions by proactively assessing and planning for discharge needs alongside the healthcare team, setting patients up for success at home.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
At least a year of acute care bedside experience.
