About The Position
Eliza Jennings, a nationally recognized leader in person-centered care, is seeking Nightshift Supervisor Registered Nurses, at its Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Community, located on the West-side of Cleveland.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Written and oral communication skills; demonstrated listening skills.
- Ability to manage multiple, complex priorities with demanding time frames; strong organizational skills.
Nice To Haves
- Long term care experience preferred.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating the activities of nursing assistants to ensure resident's needs are met
- Complete initial and ongoing nursing assessments needed to plan care interventions
- Administer direct resident care including medication
- Communicate with the resident's family about changes in conditions
