About The Position

Vitruvian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) to provide direct patient care. The role requires the ability to manage assigned patients, cope with rapid patient turnover and high census, and demonstrate knowledge and skills for providing appropriate care to patients of all ages. This position is PRN (as needed) and requires an on-call schedule.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program or will obtain prior to working as a RN.
• Successful completion of the Basic Arrhythmia Class, Moderate Sedation Class, ACLS, and PALS within 90 days of hire.
• Current Georgia RN or a multi-state license meeting eNLC criteria professional licensure or will obtain prior to beginning work as a RN.
• BLS CPR required.
• Routine and critical care nursing skills.
• Prolonged walking and standing required.
• Ability to lift and move patients.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to tolerate rapid patient turnover and high census.
• Required to work an on call schedule.

Nice To Haves

• Prior ICU or PACU experience preferred.
