Requirements
- Graduate of an accredit nursing school with valid RN licensure.
Nice To Haves
- One year or more of behavioral health experience highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients, develop individualized care plans, and document care accurately.
- Monitor changes in condition, respond quickly, and communicate with the care team.
- Administer medications safely and follow hospital policies and nursing standards.
- Provide compassionate, trauma-informed care with empathy, dignity, and respect.
- Support shift leadership, team collaboration, and a therapeutic patient environment.
