The Pre-Op PACU unit has a weekend call rotation of four weekends off and one weekend on call, with one evening/night call shift through the week. Holiday coverage is limited to 1-2 holidays per year, covered by call only. The unit features a Unit Based Council for team member ideas and process improvement, and an active Morale group for team engagement. Job shadowing opportunities are available.

Requirements

Associates of Nursing (ASN)
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Nursing (BSN)
Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
