About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse – Pre-Op / PACU / OR for an exciting Contract opportunity in Greeley, CO. This role involves providing comprehensive care throughout the perioperative experience, from pre-operative preparation to post-anesthesia recovery. The nurse will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and maintain accurate documentation, contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required.
- Associate Degree in Nursing, Diploma in Nursing, or higher.
- Active RN License required.
- BLS Certification required.
- ACLS Certification required.
Nice To Haves
- Strong Pre-Op, PACU, and/or OR experience preferred.
- Leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Previous ambulatory surgery center experience preferred.

Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care throughout the perioperative experience.
- Prepare patients for surgical procedures.
- Provide Pre-Operative and Post-Anesthesia (PACU) nursing care.
- Monitor patients during recovery and respond to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Educate patients and families regarding procedures, recovery, and discharge instructions.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice.
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor when appropriate.
