About The Position

IU Health West Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their Pre-op PACU IR Cath team. This role involves providing comprehensive pre- and post-procedure care for patients undergoing various cardiovascular and interventional procedures, including Diagnostic Cardiac Catheterizations, Interventional Cardiac Procedures, Electrophysiology Procedures, and Interventional Radiology (IR) Procedures. The nurse will guide patients through their procedural experience using advanced nursing skills, clinical judgment, and compassionate care. Requirements

Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN)
Active Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license or active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
Graduate of a nationally accredited nursing program
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
Minimum of one (1) year of critical care nursing experience required
Minimum of one year of recent critical care experience

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Advanced Life Support certifications may be required based on department specialty and patient care policies.
