About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) - Pre-Assessment (PAT) position at Texas Health Plano is a PRN (as needed) role working during the day shift. This role is crucial for providing pre-assessment services within the Surgery Ambulatory Department. Requirements

Nursing Diploma in nursing required or Associate’s degree in nursing required or Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency
1 year of experience as a registered nurse required
RN – Registered Nurse upon hire required
BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly upon hire required
A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.

Recent PAT experience or Med Surge experience highly preferred
