About The Position

This role involves leading the delivery of compassionate clinical care by executing personalized treatment plans that align with the highest standards of safety and excellence. The nurse will champion the patient’s recovery journey by vigilantly monitoring health trends and communicating critical status changes to the care team to ensure rapid, effective interventions. Additionally, the nurse will coordinate multi-disciplinary care efforts as the primary advocate for patients, ensuring seamless alignment for a holistic healing experience. This includes translating complex medical orders into action by meticulously carrying out physician and nursing directives and architecting seamless transitions of care by collaborating with the healthcare team to assess and prepare patients for a safe, successful discharge.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
