About The Position
Registered Nurse Practice Manager Location: Rochester, NY (On-site) Reports to: VP, Operations Company: Town Square Health About Town Square Health Town Square Health is building a new kind of value-based care model. Our team has come together with one goal in mind: to create the gold standard for how we experience healthcare in the United States. We are opening our first multi-specialty health centers serving Medicare-eligible patients, with plans for expansion into multiple markets. We are seeking collaborative, thoughtful, and results-driven individuals to join our growing team. Position Overview The RN Practice Manager oversees clinical and operational execution at our Rochester health center. This role combines hands-on clinical care with leadership and operational management responsibilities. This position is accountable for delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring efficient clinic operations, and supporting team performance in a patient-centered environment.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting (e.g., primary care, ambulatory care, or community health)
- Experience supervising or leading clinical staff

- Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
- Experience with healthcare operations, quality improvement, and reimbursement processes
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including triage and patient education, in alignment with clinical standards
- Serve as a clinical resource to patients, families, and care team members
- Support clinical staff through training, mentorship, and oversight of care delivery practices
- Promote adherence to evidence-based care and patient safety standards
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation
- Monitor clinic performance, including quality metrics, patient experience, and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA)
- Support revenue cycle processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement
- Oversee inventory, equipment maintenance, and clinical readiness
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of clinical staff
- Supervise team members and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
- Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development
- Foster a professional, respectful, and inclusive work environment
- Facilitate team meetings to support communication and continuous improvement
