This position is for a Pool RN III B with a focus on Critical Care, Telemetry, and Med/Surg units at Munson Healthcare. The role offers premium pay and flexible scheduling, including working 2 holidays per year and every 3rd weekend. The Critical Care Pool covers ICU, A2, A3, A6 Recovery, and Emergency Department. The Telemetry Pool covers A4, A6 Recovery, A7, C2, and C4. The Med-Surg Pool covers B3, B4, C3 (Adult), D4, D5, D6, and Rehab. Requirements

Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan
Minimum 2 years previous Critical Care experience required
Must be vaccinated or have lab-confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella.
Must receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Telemetry and Med/Surg units.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care in Critical Care units (ICU, A2, A3, A6 Recovery, Emergency Department).
Provide nursing care in Telemetry units (A4, A6 Recovery, A7, C2, C4).
Provide nursing care in Med/Surg units (B3, B4, C3 (Adult), D4, D5, D6, Rehab).
Rotate through different units to ensure competency in each area.
Work 2 holidays per year.
Work every 3rd weekend.
