Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatric Specialty Care Pediatric Specialty Care at Hopewell provides specialized care for medically fragile and technology-dependent children. Our Registered Nurses combine careful assessment, clinical judgment, timely intervention, and family-centered communication to support children with complex and ongoing healthcare needs. Requirements
- Credentials as a Registered Nurse with a current state license (PA - Pennsylvania) in good standing for the state in which work is performed
- Valid, current BLS/CPR and First Aid certification
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Meets the qualifications of a Child Care Supervisor as described in 55 Pa. Code Chapter 3800
- This position requires regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors. In order to ensure a safe work environment for residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors of the Company, and to permit unfettered communication between the employee and those residents, coworkers, visitors, and supervisors, this position requires that the employee be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language at an intermediate or more advanced level.

Responsibilities
- Lead and implement individualized care plans
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments
- Administer medications and advanced therapies (including IV therapy, TPN, and complex treatments)
- Monitor and respond to changes in condition
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and families
- Supervise and mentor LPNs and Nurse Technicians
- Support emergency response and clinical safety
- Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards
- You will be fully accountable for delivering safe, developmentally appropriate, and compassionate pediatric care.
