About The Position
Under the mission to provide all patients a voice while delivering community hospital compassion with high-quality personalized care, as a Registered Nurse for our Pediatrics/Med Surg Adult A4 Team, you will be responsible for completing assessments, administering medications/treatments, observing patients progress and evaluating therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness. You will also collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient and support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) or obtain BSN within 5 years of hire
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

- Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred
