About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric ICU Registered Nurse to provide advanced care to critically ill infants and children. This role requires expertise in managing complex conditions in a high-acuity environment.
Requirements
- Active RN license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
- 1–2+ years of ICU or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive critical care to pediatric patients with complex medical needs
- Monitor and manage ventilators, IV drips, and life-support equipment
- Perform continuous patient assessments and respond to rapid changes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Support and educate families during high-stress situations
