About The Position

Angels of Care Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) for overnight shifts in Castle Rock, CO, and surrounding areas. Our nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care, making a significant difference in the lives of patients and their families. We offer both full-time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling, including days, nights, and weekends.

Requirements

• Active RN license (New Grads Welcome, training provided!)
• Provide care in a client home setting
• Ability to make a positive and lasting impression!

Responsibilities

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordination of care.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient.
