About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for pediatric care to join their North Jersey West Skilled Nursing team. This role involves providing care to children in their homes, supporting both the clients and their families. BAYADA emphasizes compassionate, patient, and reliable care, aiming to create a supportive and valued environment for their nurses. The position offers the opportunity to work with 1-2 ongoing cases, fostering consistent patient relationships and allowing nurses to build meaningful connections. Pediatric private duty nursing provides hands-on, relationship-based care, allowing ample time to focus on the patient's growth and well-being without the pressure of rotating visits.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Active LPN license in good standing in the state

- Travel to one child’s home on a schedule you choose
