About The Position

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our versatile team and provide clinical support across various units. This role involves working with a diverse patient population and administering high-quality patient care. The units include Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit (MSICU), Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), Progressive Care Unit (PCU), Observation, Coronary Care Unit (CCU), Medical Unit, Surgical Unit, Flex Unit, Inpatient Rehabilitation, and Emergency Room Holding Unit. Patients may have diagnoses such as Respiratory Failure, GI Bleeds, DKA, Sepsis, Complicated Post-operative Patients, CVA, Flap Surgeries, Post-Arrest, ETOH, IVDA, Respiratory Compromise, Renal Failure, Bleeding Disorders, General Medical/Surgical Patients, CHF, COPD, Pneumonia, Oncology, Ortho cases, DVT, AKI, Dialysis, COVID, Stroke, Spinal Cord Injury, TBI, and Multi-Trauma Patients, along with Post-ICU Care including Vents and Traches. The RN will be expected to perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, maintain accurate records, administer medications and treatments, collaborate with healthcare professionals, provide education and support to patients and families, and transport patients as needed. The team is supported by Healthcare Technicians, Respiratory Therapy available 24/7, and utilizes cutting-edge technology including EPIC.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of ICU experience (for ICU assignments)
  • Minimum 2 years of PCU experience (for PCU assignments)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an acute care setting (for Medical/Surgical assignments)
  • ACLS, BLS, NIHSS (for ICU and PCU assignments)
  • BLS, NIHSS (for Medical/Surgical assignments)
