About The Position
We are seeking Registered Nurses for our Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Telemetry department. This role offers significant hiring incentives, including a sign-on/relocation bonus of up to $12,400. Requirements
- Current FL RN License or in the process of obtaining it.
- Minimum of 1 year of acute care/hospital experience.
- BSN or willingness to obtain within 36 months of hire (ASN considered with solid experience).
- BLS required.
- Day and Night Shift availability.
Nice To Haves
- ACLS preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit/Telemetry setting.
- Monitor patient vital signs and telemetry readings.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans.
