About The Position

The Palliative Registered Nurse functions as the primary nurse for families in the hospital & home setting. He/She is a member of the interdisciplinary team. The competent Registered Nurse sets nursing goals and plans, which demonstrate a holistic approach to patients & families. Mobilizes resources to meet the individualized needs of patients & families. Demonstrates a mastery of clinical skills.

Requirements

  • BLS Basic Life Support
  • Valid nursing license from the state of practice
  • Associate of Nursing, nursing
