About The Position
Mercy Home Health, a member of Trinity Health at Home, is seeking a dedicated Full-time Registered Nurse for our Palliative Care program. This position is based out of Bucks County PA. As a Home Health Palliative care Registered Nurse, you’ll deliver skilled nursing care in the comfort of patients’ homes, creating individualized care plans, administering medications, educating patients and families and supporting recovery and independence. This role offers the chance to practice at the top of your license with greater flexibility, autonomy and meaningful 1:1 patient relationships.
Requirements
- BSN required
- Current PA RN License and CPR Certification
- Hospice/Palliative Care Certification required
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, critical thinking, and priority-setting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in computer skills
