About The Position

Mercy Home Health, a member of Trinity Health at Home, is seeking a dedicated Full-time Registered Nurse for our Palliative Care program. This position is based out of Bucks County PA. Provide one-to-one, compassionate care and love your job. As a Home Health Palliative care Registered Nurse, you’ll deliver skilled nursing care in the comfort of patients’ homes, creating individualized care plans, administering medications, educating patients and families and supporting recovery and independence. Requirements

BSN required
Current PA RN License and CPR Certification
Hospice/Palliative Care Certification required
Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, critical thinking, and priority-setting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in computer skills
