About The Position
This role provides pre and post anesthesia care for surgical and procedural patients. The Registered Nurse in the PACU works collaboratively with anesthesia providers and performs outpatient and inpatient surgeries, with 60-70 cases per day. The position includes a 12-month PACU Residency Program and a commitment to growth and development through thousands of educational offerings, leadership development, simulation education, and tuition reimbursement.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan
- Experience caring for adult surgical patients within the last 3 years preferred.
- BCLS, and ACLS, required upon hire, PALS within 6 months of hire.
