About The Position
Provides professional nursing care practicing legal nursing responsibilities as indicated by the Nurse Practice Act.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited professional school of nursing
- Current Pennsylvania licensure, other state licensure as required
- Basic Cardiac Life Support
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- PALS (must obtain within one year of start date)
- One year current Critical Care or current PACU experience. In the absence of applicants with one year current experience, will accept recent PACU or CCU experience within the past 5 years.
- Successful completion of applicable clearances as outlined in Human Resources policy HR-106 within 90 days of commencing employment.
Nice To Haves
- Certification in this specialty area.
- In the absence of qualified candidates in the above referenced areas, will consider applicants with Graduate of an accredited professional school of nursing, current Pennsylvania licensure, other state licensure as required.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support.
- Applicable training and orientation will be provided.
