About The Position

Part and Full-time roles are eligible for a $30,000 sign-on bonus — apply today to learn more! We are seeking an individual with a minimum of two years of RN experience for this role. Our PACU offers a highly specialized, fast‑paced environment where expert nurses care for adult and pediatric patients in the immediate post‑anesthesia phase. Our 32‑bay unit supports a weekday‑only surgical schedule with strong interdisciplinary collaboration and exceptional support from anesthesiologists and surgeons. Nurses typically care for patients at a 1:1 ratio for pediatrics and 1:2 for adults, allowing for focused, high‑quality recovery care with minimal prolonged patient interaction. Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of RN experience.
  • Associates of Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of acute care experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
  • Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
  • Other Advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
