About The Position

The role involves providing leadership in coordinating and delivering quality, compassionate patient care using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. The nurse will ensure patients and families receive necessary support, foster effective communication within the healthcare team, and drive solutions to meet patient goals.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
- Health care provider certification (BCLS).

- BSN preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and their families.
- Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
- Participate in finding and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals.
