About The Position

Seeking PACU RN! Recovery Room PRN, work as needed based on department need Southern Indiana/Louisville, Kentucky area Baptist Health Floyd The PACU Nurse provides responsibility and accountability for a direct, comprehensive continuum of care for surgical patients. The PACU nurse is a highly trained nurse whom is assigned with many vital responsibilities with goal of avoiding post-surgical or post anesthesia complications in the condition of the patient. Requirements

Diploma RN
Current Indiana or compact state RN license
BLS for Healthcare Providers required
At least two (2) years previous Surgical Services, Critical Care or ER experience preferred

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
ACLS certification (obtained within 12 months of hire)
PALS certification (obtained within 12 months of hire)
