Registered Nurse - Outpatient Surgery (Nursing)
About The Position
This position is for a Registered Nurse in an Outpatient Surgery setting, specifically within the Pre-Surgery Clinic located at 980 Johnson Ferry Road, Atlanta, Georgia. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM, with no weekend work. Candidates are not being considered from within 50 miles of the location. The role requires the nurse to work two major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and one minor holiday (The Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve) from the specified list. Compliance requirements include having required certifications and submitting a badge photo by Wednesday prior to the Monday start date.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of RECENT experience within specialty.
- AHA BLS certification required.
- ACLS certification required.
- NIHSS certification required.
Nice To Haves
- Facility will consider MedSurg RNs with strong IV skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in an outpatient surgery setting.
