The registered nurse renders highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients. The registered nurse provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Oversees other assigned team members and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to provide population specific care in accordance with the AORN regulations and professional standards of care.

Requirements

MA RN license required
Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room (OR) nursing experience required
Orthopedic surgical experience required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required

Nice To Haves

Ability to circulate and scrub preferred
Completion of a Peri-Operative Nursing Program preferred
AORN certification preferred

Responsibilities
