About The Position

This RN position is based in a new and growing primary care clinic located at 5986 Main St., McCordsville, IN 46055. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with no weekends or holidays required. The role is primarily onsite, with the opportunity for a hybrid schedule after successful completion of training. The clinic currently includes 4 physicians, 1 APP, and 1 pharmacist. Primary responsibilities include phone triage, nurse visits, assisting in clinic as needed, and managing patient and provider messages. While there is no ongoing travel required, occasional onboarding or training at other locations may occur. The clinic also houses specialty providers; although their patient loads are not managed by this role, assistance may be required in emergency situations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of RN experience
  • Associates of Nursing (ASN)
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
  • Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (exceptions may be made for candidates with over two years of relevant clinical experience, subject to CNO approval)
  • Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
  • May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction
  • Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies
