Requirements
- Minimum of one year of RN experience
- Associates of Nursing (ASN)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
- Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (exceptions may be made for candidates with over two years of relevant clinical experience, subject to CNO approval)
- Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
Nice To Haves
- Bachelors of Nursing (BSN)
- Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies
Responsibilities
- Support provider in clinic
- Manage triage pool

- Assess patients without face-to-face interaction
- Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse
