About The Position

We are seeking a RN to work at our Otolaryngology Clinic located in Fishers, IN. The RN will work a hybrid schedule with in-clinic support for a provider on Mondays and Thursdays and remote work the remaining days. The RN will perform typical ambulatory responsibilities within an ENT clinic, including supporting a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon who performs some in-clinic procedures. Candidates with experience in sterile technique and procedural setup are preferred.

Requirements

Minimum of one year of RN experience.
Associates of Nursing (ASN).
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (exceptions may be made with >2 years of experience, subject to CNO approval).
Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.

Nice To Haves

Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Experience in sterile technique and procedural setup are preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform typical ambulatory responsibilities within an ENT clinic.
Support a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon who performs some in-clinic procedures.
Assess patients without face-to-face interaction (may require ability).
Maintain awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
