IU Health Primary Care Brownsburg, located at 1375 N Green St, Ste 100 Brownsburg, IN 46112, is a high-volume family medicine practice providing preventive care, chronic disease management, and comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages. Our nurses provide comprehensive nursing support in a fast-paced primary care setting through patient triage, clinical assessment, care coordination, medication refill management, patient education, and provider inbox management. Collaborates with physicians, advanced practice providers, and care teams to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality patient care while supporting communication and follow-up needs across the practice.

Requirements

Minimum of one year of RN experience
Associates of Nursing (ASN)
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of relevant clinical experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).)
Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies
May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction
Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse
