About The Position
We are seeking a Registered Nurse with Outpatient Clinic Infusion experience for a position at Ohio State University Hospital. The role involves floating between multiple clinics and requires an ONS chemo-certified nurse. This position is ideal for nurses looking for a 4x10S schedule, working from 7:30 AM to 5 PM, with no on-call duties and no weekend work. The patient population includes adults and geriatrics, primarily focusing on oncology patients receiving treatment and requiring symptom management. The documentation system used is EPIC.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with Outpatient Clinic Infusion experience.
- 3 Years of Experience Required.
- ONS chemo-certified.
- BLS certification.
- ONS/OCN certification.
- Proficiency in EPIC documentation system.
Nice To Haves
- ACLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide infusion therapy to adult and geriatric patients.
- Manage symptoms for oncology patients undergoing treatment.
- Float between multiple outpatient clinics as needed.
- Utilize EPIC for documentation.
