The Cardiac Rehabilitation Program helps patients with known cardiac disease return to an active lifestyle. This individualized care program improves health and wellbeing through education, healthy lifestyle, and monitored group exercise. The Registered Nurse will complete assessments, evaluate patients, provide telemetry/EKG interpretation, obtain vitals, and assist patients during group exercise sessions. This team driven, dynamic environment thrives on face to face interaction, education, motivation, and relationship building.

Requirements

• Associates of Nursing (ASN)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
• Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies
