Join the Otolaryngology team and provide compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals with ear, nose, and throat conditions in a collaborative specialty practice supporting 5 physicians and 6 advanced practice providers. In this ambulatory RN role, you will assist with in-office procedures, triage patient needs, coordinate care, place orders, communicate results, and support clinic operations while building meaningful patient relationships. This 0.8 FTE position offers a Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule. Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of RN experience
  • An Associates of Nursing (ASN)
  • An active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
  • Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (exceptions may apply for candidates with >2 years of relevant clinical experience, subject to CNO approval)
  • Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
  • Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies
  • May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction
