About The Position

As a Registered Nurse in Orthopedics 5W at Community Health System, you will be part of a dedicated nursing team committed to delivering safe, skilled, and compassionate care. Requirements

  • High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
  • At least 2+ Years acute care experience required
  • Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
