About The Position
We are seeking an individual with a minimum of one year of RN experience for this role. This is a supplemental, PRN position. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8-5pm. Located at 100 Maple Leaf Boulevard Nashville, IN 47448. Join our large, dynamic Orthopedic Clinic, supporting a high‑volume practice comprised of 9 orthopedic surgeons, 7 sports medicine physicians, and 15 advanced practice providers (NPs and PAs). RNs play a key role in delivering coordinated, patient‑focused care in a fast‑paced environment, managing high call volumes while collaborating with a highly specialized, team‑oriented staff. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who thrive on variety, teamwork, and expanding their orthopedic expertise in a well‑established practice.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of RN experience.
- Associates of Nursing (ASN).
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. (Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of relevant clinical experience, subject to review and approval by the CNO).
- Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
- May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.
