About The Position

The OR Registered Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care during the surgical phase, coordinating with the health team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This role acts as a patient advocate in the operating room. Requires strong decision-making skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time position with flexible hours to accommodate the daily surgery schedule, typically involving 2-3 shifts per week, 10 hours per shift.

Requirements

• Indiana RN License (Required)
• Ability to function independently and strong decision-making skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all members of the team.

Nice To Haves

• Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Acute Care: 1 year (Preferred)
• Operating Room Nursing Experience
• Associates Degree (Preferred)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS (Preferred)
