About The Position

Fitzgibbon Hospital is seeking a self-driven, compassionate Registered Nurse to join its OR/Surgery/Ambulatory Care Department. As a non-profit community hospital, Fitzgibbon Hospital is vital to the health and well-being of the communities it serves in the Marshall, MO and surrounding area. The Surgical Services Unit is comprised of the Ambulatory and Surgery departments, with strong support from Anesthesia, Central Supply, and Environmental Services. The team includes Physicians and Surgeons, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs), Registered Nurses, Surgery Techs, Instrument Techs, and Environmental Services Techs. Fitzgibbon Hospital is a 60-bed, acute care facility located within a 63,000 square foot building, boasting some of the latest advances in medical technology, delivered by an expert staff of over 30 physicians, 90 RNs, and 60 LPNs. With over 500 full and part-time workers, Fitzgibbon Hospital is Saline County's third largest employer. The care provided at Fitzgibbon is marked by personal attention.

Requirements

Valid Missouri RN license
Excellent bedside manner and communication skills

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care within the OR/Surgery/Ambulatory Care Department.
Be available for on-call rotation and respond within 30 minutes for on-call calls.
